As part of the Development department, we have an in-house tool-making workshop, through which we provide high-quality and continuous technical support to the production process. The activities of the team of operators engaged in the tool-making workshop are directly supported and are under constant supervision by a team of engineers, technologists and other professionals, from identifying the project task, designing, project implementation and its application on our machines. The tool-making workshop is equipped with modern equipment (machines and tools for metalworking), and can achieve the highest goals set in terms of manufacturing tools for thermoforming plastic packaging.
The possession of our own tool-making workshop, enables a high degree of production flexibility and the fulfillment of the specific requirements of our customers, through the production of special tools and molds.
In addition of ordinary activities performed within our tool-making workshop, purposed to provide the technical support to the requirements of the production process, and the development of the new products and technical solutions, Proven d.o.o.
