Proven d.o.o. Sarajevo was founded in 1990 as a 100% privately owned trading company. Since then, the company has been continuously growing and investing in the development of technology, production capacities and quality system.
In 1997, started the production of plastic packaging made of polystyrene, and at the same time introduced the technology of cup decoration in dry offset, which represented the first significant progress in the company's own production.
In 2000, an internal unit for toolmaking workshop was established, which enabled greater independence and flexibility in product development.
In 2008, a quality management system was introduced in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 and HACCP Codex Alimentarius standards, confirming the commitment to product safety and quality.
In 2011, the production of plastic packaging made of polypropylene was introduced, including round cups and lids.
In 2016, the product range was expanded to include the production of rectangular cups and lids made of polystyrene and polypropylene as well as their decoration - offset printing with up to 8 colors. The technology for applying cardboard labels was also introduced.
One year later, in 2017, the application technology of “Shrinking Sleeve” labels was introduced, which further improved the possibilities of packaging decoration.
In 2018, the quality management system was improved in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 and HACCP Codex Alimentarius standards.
During 2022, the company introduced lid labeling technology and installed a photovoltaic system with a capacity of 420 kW on the roofs of the business and production buildings as a contribution to sustainable development.
In 2023, the company implemented an energy recovery project from the compressor station's space heating system, further improving the energy efficiency of the building.
In 2024, projects were implemented to install thermal insulation facade panels on the production plant site and as well as the installation of a new ventilation system, with the aim of increasing energy efficiency and the quality of the working environment.
