PROVEN d.o.o. Sarajevo applies the following technologies in its production of plastic packaging (round and square - rectangular containers/lids):

By applying this technology, we produce:
- round cups (PP / PS) diameter of Ø 68 mm, Ø 75 mm, Ø 95 mm, Ø 110 mm, Ø 116 mm and rectangular containers sized 112 X 83 mm, volume is ranging from 50 to 850 ml,
- lids, round sized Ø 95 mm (PS and PET) and Ø 110 mm (PP) in diameter, square - rectangular lids sized 112 x 83 (PET),
- sheet (PS / PP) width up to 720 mm.
The products are printed (dry offset printing) according to the design submitted by the customer.

Technology for applying cardboard labels to cups
Cups are manufactured using thermoforming technology, while the cardboard labels are applied on a special machine. The process involves two steps: insertion of a white/transparent cup into the machine and wrapping it with a cardboard label (wrapper) with the desired design. This technology is available for cups with diameters of Ø 68, Ø 75, and Ø 95 mm.

Cups are manufactured using thermoforming technology, after which the PVC sleeve is applied onto them with a desired design. We have the possibility to sleeve the cups diameter of Ø 68, Ø 75, and Ø 95 mm.
Production of PS/PP foils
We specialize in the production of polystyrene (PS) and polypropylene (PP) foils in thicknesses from 0.3 to 2.0 mm, adapted to various industrial applications.
By using these technologies, we achieve high production flexibility, which is reflected primarily in the ability to change the tools for the production of a wide range of items, in terms of changing the material, diameter, volume and mass of the cup, in a short time, all with the aim of meeting the requests and needs of our customers as efficiently as possible.
